A5 NCR Forms – Description
A5 NCR pads are a perfect solution for receipts, order pads, invoice pads, contract agreements and a number of other uses. NCR paper is a carbonless paper and our pads are supplied padded at the head with a card back and loose card writing shield.
An NCR pad is a ‘No Carbon Required’ notepad. Sometimes referred to as Carbonless copy paper (CCP), non-carbon copy paper, NCR has microencapsulated ink on the underside of the top sheet and a clay coating on the upper side of the bottom sheet. When you write on the top sheet, the pressure from the pen allows the dye capsules from the upper sheet to burst and react with the clay on the lower sheet. This creates a duplicate instantly.
You can create several copies from using several clay-topped under-sheets.Â

These A5 NCR forms can be printed in black or full colour to each sheet. Select your choice of paper colour (colours available are: white, blue, yellow, green and pink) and whether sequential numbering is required. Numbering is printed in black only.
When it comes to NCR pad printing, you can select duplicate (2 part) or triplicate (3 parts) as an option when ordering, however all copies will be printed with the same information (common copy.)
A5 NCR Pads are 210mm x 148mm. Dispatched in 3 working days with free delivery.
We provide NCR pads cheap, without compromise on quality. This is because all elements of production of our A5 NCR Pads take place under one roof in our factory in Southampton, Hampshire. As such, we can cut out the middle man and keep costs low, but quality high!

Artwork and Design
Supplying your own artwork – Please read our Artwork Guide to ensure that the artwork you supply is set up correctly for print.
Professional Design Service – If you don’t have artwork one of our team of designers can create a bespoke design for you. Simply supply us with your high resolution logo and all the images you would like to use and we will produce a professionally designed piece of artwork for you to approve before printing.
Select the Design Service when ordering then simply email us all your images. Please note that design will add 2 working days to our standard turnaround times.
Options
- Parts – Choose between duplicate and triplicate sets and select your paper colours. For example a duplicate white / yellow will have the top sheet in white and the bottom sheets yellow.
- Numbering – Select to have a sequential number on each set – REMEMBER TO LET US KNOW YOUR STARTING NUMBER FOR YOUR A5 NCR PADS IN THE ORDER NOTES.
- Quantity – The number of pads your would like to order.
