Letterheads

Enhance your corporate image with professionally printed letterheads. Available in both A4 (297mm x 210mm) and A5 (210mm x 148mm) size options, our letterheads are printed on high quality bond paper – our standard 100gsm bond or our slightly heavier weight 120gsm bond paper. Our ability to litho printed either single or double sided in full colour allows you the flexibility to alter your design based on your budget. We also have the flexibility of being able to print using spot (pantone) colours if your brand requires, simply contact us for a custom quote.

Top Tip

Check and double check your artwork. Are your contact details on your design correct? Telephone number errors, or a mistyped email address, have all caused our clients reprints in the past.

Compliment slips

Our compliment slips are a great way of sending a short note to your customers. They can be used for many things. Use them to accompany mailed samples in the post, attached to a document or cheque, send with proofs or file copies, or used as a Thank You note on an order. Compliment slips often become the quick go to, that shows a friendly or less formal approach than sending a letterhead.

As per our letterheads our compliment slips are available on two weights of paper stock and printed single or double sided.

  • Size – 99 x 210mm (referred to as a third A4 or DL).
  • Paper – 100gsm bond or 120gsm bond.
  • Quantity – bundles of 250 up wards.

Whether you have artwork that is ready to go, a design that needs updating or want some help creating print ready files our team is ready to help.

Supply your own artwork – we have plenty of top tips and artwork guides to ensure that your artwork is set up correctly for print.

Design service – if you don’t have artwork one of our team of designers can create a bespoke design for you.

Business Stationery Must Haves

  1. Header and Footer – what information should go where? Make sure the layout of your contact details on your letterhead is the same across your collateral – emails, website etc. For example, agree across the board whether your address should be displayed on one, two or three lines.
  2. Contact Information – it should be consistent and at the bare minimum include your company name, address and telephone number.
  3. Social Media – use when appropriate but don’t go overboard.
  4. Logo – should be on everything!
  5. Colour – follow your brand colour scheme.
